Roselle hires JGSC to stimulate economic growth

JGSC Group has been retained by the Borough of Roselle, NJ to assist with efforts to stimulate new economic growth for the Union County community. Among other things, JGSC will help Roselle stimulate economic growth; explore redevelopment and revitalization opportunities in targeted areas of the community; create redevelopment concepts; and recruit new stores, restaurants, developers, and investment. In 2018, JGSC conducted a Community Insights® study and prepared growth strategies for the borough.

Congratulations to Hudson, Massachusetts

The Downtown Business Improvement District of Hudson Massachusetts has won the America’s Main Streets “Road to Recovery” contest. In the past 12 years, Hudson has gone from a 20% vacancy rate on Main Street, to a vibrant downtown with great shops, restaurants and more. Their success, according to Richard Braga, the Improvement District Administrator, is a result of local business owners working together with the singular goal of revitalizing their Main Street.
