Carol Jones
Carol is a detail person. Beyond her role as administrator of the firm, Carol leads the design of consumer and business-to-business research. Her thoughtful and thorough analyses reveal key insights that make the difference for successful revitalization and redevelopment projects.
Caroline Jones is the business manager of the firm, and also plays a direct role in client projects; particularly, in consumer survey development, implementation, and interpretation (for those projects with survey components), and strategic plan recommendations.
Caroline leads the development and implementation of consumer and business-to-business research at JGSC Group. She oversees all phases of the research process and coordinates resources for direct mail surveys, online surveys, focus groups, and in-depth intercept surveys. Her experience includes developing and directing research programs for small suburban communities to the boroughs of New York City. Prior to joining JGSC Group, Caroline headed the human resources department at Neutronics, Inc., a multi-million dollar manufacturing company in Chester County, PA. Previously, she directed customer service operations at Garden State Water Company (now Aqua New Jersey), a publicly-held New Jersey water utility.
