Lendel Jones
Lendel has an unsurpassed ability to listen and understand the wants, needs and perceptions of people. She helps engage and build consensus among merchants, civic leaders, and developers, while effectively communicating our message for revitalization.
Lendel Jones is an associate with the JGSC Group, where she provides media and community relations services. In that role, she communicates with local, regional and national media outlets on behalf of the firm and our clients. In addition, Lendel works with stakeholders to identify and engage community organizations and local leadership.
Prior to joining JGSC, Lendel spent 20 years at American Water and New Jersey American Water. Beginning in 1991 with New Jersey American Water, Lendel was promoted to Director of Governmental Affairs in 1998, before becoming Vice President of Corporate Communications and Governmental Affairs for American Water’s Northeast Region. In 2007, she was named Director of Government Affairs American Water’s Corporate Office.
After leaving American Water in 2011, Lendel worked with PEPCO Holdings, providing media and community relations service. She joined JGSC as an associate in 2015.
